After all the contractors are out and all the electrical, plumbing and framing is complete, our teams are prepared to get your facility ready to be open. The first phase is our deep cleaning phase, where out crews focus on the following tasks:

  • Dust and clean all fixtures, fans, decorations, vertical and horizontal surfaces
  • High dusting on all elevated surfaces
  • Thoroughly clean all windows inside and out
  • Clean all floors and walls of construction dust

The second phase is our touch up phase, where our focus shifts to getting you ready to open:

  • Final HEPA filtrated vacuum of all rooms to ensure all settled dusts are removed
  • Strip, scrub and finish floors where necessary
  • Final window clean inside and out
  • Final dusting of all fixtures, fans, decorations, vertical and horizontal surfaces
