We were founded in the healthcare industry, and our background is in large scale cleaning projects for some of the world’s foremost healthcare systems like Johns Hopkins and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. We carried that detailed level of cleaning and sophistication through to all our service offerings. What does it cost to open a NEXClean franchise?
Our initial franchisee fee is $35,000 and our starting equipment package ranges between $25,000 and $35,000. We offer discounts for US Military Veterans.

Where can I open a franchise location?
We are currently focused on the East Coast of the United States as we look t leverage existing business relationships to help produce strong results quickly for new franchisees in the system.
What are the ongoing fees?
- 7.5% on gross sales of healthcare related services (our Corporate office sets all of this work up for you)
- 5.0% on gross sales of all commercial cleaning related services
- 1.00% on gross sales for brand fund fees to help drive more inbound sales opportunities
Where do I get the training?
Our franchisee training takes part at our Corporate Offices in West Chester, PA. After a full week of classroom and field learning, we follow that up with a full week of training in your territory to help you get even more established a new franchisee.
